     背景Background


物联网工程专业涉及电子、计算机、通信、软件等多个专业的知识。本项目高校物联网教培基地专注于培养学生将基本原理与运用于物联网技术及其应用系统。教学内容包含:电路与电子技术、物联网通信、物联网数据处理、物联网控制、物联网信息安全、物联网工程设计与实施等知识领域的基本内容。旨在学生能够系统地掌握物联网的相关理论,具备通信技术、电气自动化、网络技术等信息领域的专业技术人才。


The IoT engineering profession involves the knowledge of many majors such as electronics, computer, communication and software. The project college IoT teaching and training base focuses on training students to apply the basic principles and application to IoT technology and its application system. Teaching content contains: circuits and electronics, IoT communication, IoT data processing, IoT control, IoT information security, IoT engineering design and implementation and other knowledge areas of the basic content. Aiming at students can systematically master the theory related to the Internet of things, with communication technology, electrical automation, network technology and other information field of professional and technical personnel.

由于我们的系统支持全球主流通讯协议包括RS485、RS232、Modbus、CAN、KNX、LORAMesh、Zigbee等,且具有扩展灵活,接口开放,兼容能力强等优势。本项目经过校方多次研究讨论,最终决定选择了我们的系统架构和硬件。本物联网教培基地使用的智能主机X001;智能控制方面选择了成熟的集中控制方案:X系列集中控制主控模组X160+继电器模组X816方案,用于电源回路的控制;面板开关选用了Q4M智能场景面板开关 mesh版本+大板Q6+3路(带3路自保持继电器);调光部分选用了调光模块XRGB-PRO+24V RGB灯带+24V双色温筒灯+24V2.5A导轨电源方案;语音控制部分选用了通过语音智能联动网关GT方案,可将小度、小爱同学,天猫精灵等国内外主流智能音箱接入系统,同时选用了可完全脱离网络环境使用离线语音模块VC140(定制)方案;影音控制部分选用了功能型HIFI定阻功放H501+迷你RS485总线MP3模块MP301方案;探测方面选用了风雨传感器、7要素空气质量AIR7S、风量风速探测模块、水浸传感器、可燃气体感应探测器等;此外还用到了MESH485透传模组RM02、8路IO转RS485总线数据模块、开窗器、智能窗帘、无线门磁、紧急按钮等硬件,再次不一一例举。本案例涉及30余个子系统。


As our system supports global mainstream communication protocols, including RS485, RS232, Modbus, CAN, KNX, LORA, Mesh, Zigbee, etc., and has the advantages of flexible expansion, open interface, and strong compatibility capability. This project has been studied and discussed by the school for many times, and finally decided to choose our system architecture and hardware. This IoT teaching and training base uses intelligent host X001; intelligent control selected a mature centralized control program: X series centralized control master control module X160 + relay module X816 program for power circuit control; panel switch selected Q4M intelligent scene panel switch mesh version + large board Q6 with 3 Channel Self-Retaining Relays ; dimming part selected the dimming module XRGB-PRO + 24V RGB strip + 24V dual-color temperature downlight + 24V 2.5A rail power supply program; Voice control part selected through the Smart Linkage Voice Control Center GT, can be mainstream smart speakers into the system while the selection can be completely separated from the network environment using Offline Voice Control Module MVC140(Customized) program; audio and video control part selected functional Fixed-resistance HIFI Amplifier H501 + RS485 bus MP3 module MP301 program; detection of wind and rain sensor, 7 in 1 air quality sensor AIR7S, wind volume and speed detection sensor , flood sensor, combustible gas induction sensor, etc.; in addition to the use ofTransparent Transmission Module RM02, 8 Channel IO To RS485 Data Module IO08, window opener, smart curtain, wireless door magnet, emergency button and other hardware. This case involves more than 30 subsystems.

软件方面:离线语音VC140为开发定制版本,本项目定制了唤醒词、欢迎词和控制词等。根据不同的指令发出自定义协议,既可以控制设备,也可以控制系统内的任意功能,从而实现灵活的交互功能。

Software: Offline Voice VC140 is a customized version for development. This project is customized with wake-up words, welcome words and control words, etc. According to different instructions issued custom protocols, both the device can be controlled and any function within the control system, so as to achieve flexible interactive functions.


硬件方面:本项目无定制项,提供接口供需求方二次开发

     拓展方案Extend Solution


通过智能互转模块TLIRB,实现LORA、315、433、RS485、红外等互转功能,通过KNX&RS485互转模块PEM02,实现KNX接入系统;通过Apple智能接入模块AHSM,实现Homekit接入系统。

Through the 6In1 Converter Module TLIRB, the convertor function of LORA, 315, 433, RS485 and IR is realized; through KNX&485 Protocol Converter Module PEM02, KNX system can be realized.Through Apple intelligent access module AHSM, Homekit access system can be realized.
