南开小学智能教室 Nankai Primary School Smart Classroom
背景Background
南开小学于1928年8月由著名教育家张伯苓先生创办,占地41.2亩,总建筑面积约1.8万平方米,配有物联网系统、广播系统、闭录电视系统、校园网系统、现代化教学平台等现代化的教育教学设备,是一所教学设施完备的智慧小学。本项目主要介绍校园智能教室改造,针对所有教室升级为智能控制,学校要求选择一个高性价比的改装方案:主要需求是对教室的所有灯光、红外空调和窗帘进行控制;要求在保障数据安全的前提下,能本地局域网和远程控制整个系统,并且要求系统控制权限只下发给任课老师或者管理人员,所有操作日志可追溯,学生日常不开通权限控制该系统设备。
Nankai Primary School was founded in August 1928 by the famous educator Mr. Zhang Boling. It covers an area of 41.2 acres, with a total construction area of about 18,000 square meters, equipped with modern educational and teaching facilities such as Internet of Things system, broadcasting system, closed recording TV system, campus network system, modern teaching platform, etc. It is a smart elementary school with complete teaching facilities. This project mainly introduces the campus smart classroom renovation, for all classrooms to upgrade to smart control, the school requires to choose a cost-effective retrofitting solution: the main requirement is to control all lights, infrared air conditioners and curtains in classrooms; it is required to be able to control the whole system locally LAN and remotely under the premise of securing data security, and it is required that the system control authority is only issued to classroom teachers or managers. All operation logs are traceable, and students do not open permission to control the system equipment on a daily basis.
解决方案Smart Solution
考虑到学校对智能系统有控制权限下发的需求,数据要求为不上公共云端保障数据安全,且需要控制改装成本。本项目布线选用了集中布线配合分布式。除了有线本地控制(所有本地数据存储在X系列智能主机X001上),远程控制采用端口映射技术(端口映射NAT03远程转发数据,将外网主机的IP地址的一个端口映射到内网设备上,实现内网穿透)。智能系统控制包含教室智能灯光控制(采用了成熟的集中控制方案:X系列集中控制主控模组X160+继电器模组X816);空调智能控制(LORA转485总线模块RF17学习红外将空调接入系统);电动窗帘(智能窗帘DT82);中控屏可以在屏幕上设置密码对控制权限进行简单管理(选择了4.3英寸中控屏P04和7英寸中控屏S07);控制开关通过控制协议锁定大板按键使其控制有效和无效(选择按键情景面板Q6实现情景控制);本案例共涉及十余个子系统。
Considering that the school has the demand for control authority down to the intelligent system, the data requirement is not on the public cloud to protect the data security, and the need to control the modification cost. Centralized wiring with distribution was selected for this project wiring. In addition to wired local control (all local data stored on the X series intelligent host Control Center X001), remote control using port mapping technology (Network Address Translation NAT03 remote forwarding data, the IP address of the external network host of a port mapped to the intranet device to achieve intranet penetration). Intelligent system control contains classroom intelligent lighting control (using a mature centralized control scheme: X series centralized control master control module X160 + relay module X816); air conditioning intelligent control (LORA To RS485 Converter Module RF17 learning infrared will air conditioning access to the system); electric curtains (intelligent curtains DT82); central control screen can set a password on the screen for simple management of control rights (selected 4.3" Central Control Panel P04 and 7" Central Control Panel S07); control switch through the control protocol to lock the large panel keys to make their control effective and ineffective (select the Smart Switch Panel Q6 to achieve situational control); this case involves a total of more than ten subsystems.
