背景Background
作为曼哈顿中城被称为亿万富翁街的第一座超高层摩天大楼，One57的高度超过1000英尺，成为纽约最高的住宅楼之一。One57位于纽约旗舰酒店柏悦酒店之上，包括柏悦酒店的五星级酒店服务和设施，此外还有住户专属的服务，如私人大堂入口、带有精心策划的图书馆和24英尺水族箱的休息室，以及俯瞰卡内基大厅的表演中心和放映室。业主为互联网行业技术出身，出于职业的关系，该用户非常注重隐私安全，不希望别人能通过任何方式能获取到他的私人数据，数据要保证绝对的安全。并希望选用一套非常稳定的分布式方案，离线使用智能家居设备。本项目没有预算上限。我们经过业主的同意，分享本案例的基本情况。
One 57 is a slender and elegant 75-story tower. Pritzker Prize-winning architect Christian de Portzamparc has artistically redefined luxury living in New York, while designer Juul-Hansen conceived discreetly opulent interiors that reference great French modernists. Walls of glass illuminate expansive spaces of surprising scale and light; residences feature custom details and the most dynamic views of Central Park. The owner comes from a technical background in the Internet industry. For professional reasons, the user is very concerned about privacy and security, and does not want others to be able to access his private data by any means, and the data should be absolutely secure. And he wants to choose a very stable distributed solution to use smart home devices offline. There is no budget cap for this project. We share the basic situation of this case with the consent of the owner.

由于客户对稳定性要求非常高，我们选择用集中总线的方式布线，全屋采用常用于工控和汽车领域的CAN总线Controller Area Network。工业级智能主机P001，双系统备份加冗余系统UP01，在关闭智能系统时，自动切换为传统开关模式控制通断电。客户对隐私保护要求也非常高，我们采用全局域网控制和离线语音，数据储存在私人服务器中，入户采用指静脉K504+虹膜K601双重验证。全屋采用CAN版Q4及Q6开关，按压触感，搭配4.3英寸中控屏P04，7英寸中控屏P07，平板挂墙支架PH02实现中控控制。集中控制选用CAN主控模组X160搭配X8162及CAN集控模组X516。调光方面选用RGBCW搭配模拟线性调光驱动PD21。本案例涉及10余个子系统。
As the customer's requirement for stability is very high, we choose to use centralized bus wiring, the whole house uses CAN bus Controller Area Network which is commonly used in industrial control and automotive fields. industrial grade intelligent host P001, dual system backup plus redundant system UP01, when the intelligent system is turned off, it automatically switches to traditional switch mode to control power on and off. Customers also have very high requirements for privacy protection, we use full LAN control and offline voice, data stored in private server, and double verification of finger vein K504 + iris K601 for home entry. The whole house adopts CAN version Q4 and Q6 switches with press tactile, with 4.3-inch central control screen P04, 7-inch central control screen P07, and flat wall bracket PH02 to realize central control. The centralized control selects CAN master control module X160 with X8162 and CAN centralized control module X516. dimming selects RGBCW with analog linear dimming driver PD21. this case involves more than 10 subsystems.
