     背景Background

蒙牛乳业（股票代码：02319.HK）是中国领先、世界知名的乳品企业，自2017年起跻身全球十大乳品企业。在大陆共建立了41个生产基地，并在新西兰和印度尼西亚建立了2个海外生产基地，年产能总计超过1000万吨。由于本项目工厂需要全年24小时全天候生产，对系统稳定性及产品可靠性要求极高。经过业主多次测试与试错最终选择了我们，并由我们的集成商唐工承接。业主方主要需求为生产车间智能照明，需要在厂区不同区域实现集中调光控制，以及结合光照传感器亮度值实现自动亮度的控制。

Mengniu Dairy (Stock Code: 02319.HK) is China's leading and world-famous dairy enterprise, ranking among the top ten dairy enterprises in the world since 2017.Not only in China mainland, Hong Kong and Macao, Mengniu products are also exported to more than 10 countries and regions including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Mongolia, Myanmar, Cambodia, Indonesia and Malaysia.Mengniu has established 41 production bases in China and 2 oversea production bases located in New Zealand and Indonesia, with an annual production capacity of more than 10 million tons in total. As this project requires 24-hour production throughout the year, the system stability and product reliability requirements are extremely high. After many tests and trials and errors, the owner finally chose us and our integrator, Tang Gong, undertook the project. The main demand of the owner is intelligent lighting for the production workshop, which requires centralized dimming control in different areas of the factory, as well as automatic brightness control combined with the brightness value of the light sensor.

     解决方案Smart Solution

本项目采用本地电脑局域网内对整个项目进行控制，选择了工业级主机P001，调光方面选择了调光模块XBPD，搭配可控硅调光放大模块JZ01智能大功率驱动实现调光，通过4.3英寸中控屏P04及情景面板Q6进行控制，通过光照传感器IS01检测照度范围实现自动亮度的控制。本案例共涉及8个子系统。

This project uses a local computer LAN to control the entire project, and the industrial-grade Control Center P001 was selected.dimming selected dimming module XBPD, with Silicon Controlled Dimming Amplification Module JZ01   drive to achieve dimming, through the 4.3-inch central control panel P04 and smart Switch panel Q6 for control, through the light sensor IS01 detection of illumination range to achieve automatic brightness control. This case involves a total of 8 subsystems.
