    背景Background

迪马工业（SH.600565）是中国最大、最专业的特种汽车制造商，年生产能力超过5000辆各种专用车辆，与奔驰、沃尔沃、福特等品牌进行战略合作建立了改装车基地，2022年的年收入超过3.1亿美元。我们先后参与了迪马应急通信车、房车、消防救援车等车辆智能化升级以及展厅智能化改造，由于特种车辆功能需求特殊，对设备的功能需求很高，对安全稳定性要求很高，所以开发定制化程度较高。我们开发定制了车用手自一体智能控制箱，并对硬件及系统进行了集成，以满足车辆在不同环境下的正常使用。 迪马特种车远销美洲、欧洲、中东、东南亚、大洋洲等34个国家和地区，曾服务于世界杯、奥运会、杭州G20峰会、厦门国际金砖会议、北京冬奥会、神州十三号返航等国内外重大庆典和活动，并在突发事件的应急救援工作中发挥重要作用。

Dima Industry (SH.600565) is the largest and most professional manufacturer of special vehicles in China, with an annual production capacity of over 5,000 various special vehicles and a modified vehicle base with strategic cooperation with brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Volvo and Ford, with annual revenue of over USD 310 million in 2022.We have participated in the intelligent upgrading of vehicles such as Dima emergency communication vehicles, RVs and fire rescue vehicles as well as the intelligent transformation of showrooms. Due to the special functional requirements of special vehicles, the functional requirements of the equipment are high and the requirements for safety and stability are high, so the degree of development customization is high. We developed customized vehicle manual intelligent control box and integrated the hardware and system to meet the normal use of the vehicle in different environments. Dima special vehicles are exported to 34 countries and regions in America, Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Oceania, etc. They have served the World Cup, Olympic Games, Hangzhou G20 Summit, Xiamen International BRICS Conference, Beijing Winter Olympics, Shenzhou XIII return flight and other major celebrations and activities at home and abroad, and played an important role in the emergency rescue work of unexpected events.

由于特种车辆的功能需求特殊，对设备的功能需求很高，所以本次开发定制了车用手自一体智能控制箱——智能主机1U（定制），通过主机采集各种传感器数据和开关量数据，例如门磁，烟雾传感器以及设备的开关状态，同时集成4G路由，通过主机向全车分发网络；采用工业传感器采集方案，通过模拟量采集模块BS07采集各种风速、气压、风向、雨量；成熟的X系列集中控制主控模组X160+继电器模组X816+手自一体交流接触器BCH8方案，用于电源回路的控制。本项目采用的智能控制系统主要为中控系统，车载冗余智能照明系统，调光系统，语音控制系统，云平台传输方案，大屏控制系统，红外控制系统，强电探测系统等。

The intelligent control system used in this project is mainly central control system, vehicle redundant intelligent lighting system, dimming system, voice control system, cloud platform transmission solution, large screen control system, infrared control system, strong power detection system, etc.

硬件方面：本次开发定制了车用手自一体智能控制箱——智能主机1U（定制），通过主机采集各种传感器数据和开关量数据，例如门磁，烟雾传感器以及设备的开关状态，同时集成4G路由，通过主机向全车分发网络；采用工业传感器采集方案，通过模拟量采集模块BS07采集各种风速、气压、风向、雨量。并提供接口供需求方二次开发。
